Spinwinera Responsible Gambling

Gambling is entertainment. This page sets out the tools available to you at Spinwinera, the external organisations you can contact for support, and how to reach us directly. We operate under the governing law of Costa Rica, and our player protection measures are documented in our Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion policies, both published in the site footer.

Our commitment

Spinwinera treats player protection as an operational requirement, not an afterthought. Our governing framework is set out in our Terms and Conditions, which are subject to the laws of Costa Rica. We do not hold an Australian licence, and accordingly we are not integrated with any Australian state or federal regulator’s self-exclusion scheme. Players who want cross-operator self-exclusion tools covering Australian-licensed sites should contact their state regulator directly.

Tools available

You can set limits and manage your account directly from the Responsible Gaming settings inside the Cashier. The following tools are available:

  • Loss limits: set a maximum amount you’re willing to lose over a chosen period
  • Deposit limits: cap how much you deposit (note that deposit limits cannot be applied to cryptocurrency payment methods; if you use crypto, other limit tools are recommended)
  • Cooling-off periods: a temporary pause during which no prize is awarded
  • Self-exclusion: closes your account immediately and blocks new accounts from being opened under your details

Self-exclusion takes effect at once. Once initiated, we make reasonable efforts to prevent you from opening a new account. If you want to close your account entirely rather than self-exclude, you can request closure by emailing [email protected] and your remaining balance will be returned to you.

Signs to watch for

Some patterns can indicate that gambling has moved outside what you intended. These are factual markers, not a diagnosis.

  • Chasing losses by placing further bets to recover money already lost
  • Spending more time or money gambling than you planned
  • Gambling affecting time with family, friends, or work
  • Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling
  • Feeling restless or irritable when you’re not gambling
  • Hiding gambling activity from people close to you

If any of these apply, the organisations below can help.

Where to get help

Several independent organisations offer free, confidential support.

  • Gambling Help Online: gamblinghelponline.org.au, helpline 1800 858 858
  • Lifeline Australia: lifeline.org.au, crisis support 13 11 14

Players aged under 18 are prohibited from gambling. If you’re concerned about underage gambling, contact the support services above.

These services are independent of Spinwinera. Contacting them does not require you to have an account with us.

Contact us

To request self-exclusion, set limits, or ask any question about your account, contact our support team by email at [email protected] or via the live chat widget available on every page, 24 hours a day.
